Chiostro di Saronno

The Dove cake is part of the culinary Easter tradition of all of Italy. The Dove of the Cloister of Saronno is a confectionery product with a natural yeast, prepared according to traditional recipes with ingredients. Our highest quality productions are enjoyed throughout the world.
The taste of the Dove is enhanced by the combination of a wine made from white grapes, fruity and aromatic, slightly sweet, fresh and eventually sparkling.

Ingredients: wheat flour, chocolate cream filling (13%) [glucose syrup, water, sugar, chocolate 8% (sugar, fat reduced cocoa powder, cocoa butter. Cocoa min. 53%), vegetable fats (palm), dextrose, skimmed milk powder, alcohol, flavoring, stabilizer: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate, salt], sugar, butter (milk), cocoa covering (6%) [sugar, fractionated and hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm), cocoa powder 16%, emulsifiers: soya lecithin, flavourings], chocolate chips (6%) [sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavourings. (Cocoa 46% min))], natural yeast [natural yeast, wheat flour (gluten)], fresh egg yolks, cocoa flakes (4%) [sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm), skimmed cocoa powder 16%, emulsifiers: soya lecithin, glucose syrup, flavorings], fresh eggs, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, salt, skimmed milk powder, flavourings.
