Ingredients: sugar, apricot kernels 31%, toasted pistachios 10%, sweet almonds 1%, white of egg, flavourings. Preservative: potassium sorbate.
History and tradition
Based in Saronno, near Milan, our Company manufactures and markets Confectionery Specialties and Liqueurs and is especially well known for it’s Amaretti biscuits and the Amaretto liqueur. The Company is committed to offering a wide variety of high quality products to our customers. Flavoured Amaretti represent another specialty of the Italian Amaretteria that we offer in our range and sit side by side to the Amaretti classic crunchy and our "liquid Amaretto" - the only liqueur produced through the infusion in alcohol of the famous Amaretti cookies. The “Chiostro di Saronno” is an ancient Franciscan cloister located in the centre of the town of Saronno. This is the home of our Company and the place where we keep our more prestigeous recipes. These are created with a passion to obtain the highest quality products with particular attention to the authenticity of the ingredients.
