BACI DEL CHIOSTRO: type "00" wheat flour, sugar, hazelnuts (16%), chocolate 8%, (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa-butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavourings), anhydrous butter, vanillin. Cocoa: minimum 70%. May contain traces of dried shell fruits and milk.

Baci di Saronno are a speciality originally from Piedmont , so called because they are two round all butter pastry biscuits, each half of the other that seem romantically kissing, held together by a drop of chocolate. The "Cloister of Saronno" is an old Franciscan cloister situated in the center of Saronno and is the seat of the Company.
