Ingredients:
wheat flour, filling cream 14% (sugar, glucose syrup, whole milk, limoncello liqueur 10% (water, sugar, alcohol, lemon infusion 10%), water, natural flavors, jelly agent: pectin), candied lemon peels cubes and paste 12% (lemon peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), sugar, butter, egg yolk, water, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), milk, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose-fructose syrup, natural flavors, salt. May contain nuts, peanuts and soy.

With its characteristic shape, Panettone is the specialty Christmas cake of Milan with an ancient and noble tradition. Technically is is a type of sweet bread loaf ; It is made during a long process that involves the curing of the dough, which is acidic, similar to sourdough. The proofing process alone takes several days, giving the cake its distinctive fluffy characteristics.
